Yes,his book Aquarium Corals walked me through my first attempt at reef keeping some seven years ago. Keeping it simple is the best advice for anyone thinking of being or in the hobby currently. Eric also knows this works for cooking,too.

Nice interview! The best part & good advice for any aspiring (or experienced, for that matter) reef keeper to heed:

"Recognize that a reef aquarium is not the ocean and that coral reefs are under extreme stress on a global scale. Every purchase should be made with this in mind, with the needs of every species needing to be met with extreme care and awareness of all limitations of the species, the aquarium habitat, and the abilities of the reefkeeper. Seek out all information prior to taking these lives into your care."

Thanks Jeffry. Eric is the best. He’s been a great help to me and my hobbyist skills.
