Tip of the Day – 2/23/10

Don’t use silicone on a leaking bulkhead. Aquarium bulkheads are designed to be hand tightened and only require the gasket to stop water from leaking. If yours leaks, try to tighten it a quarter turn with a pair of pliers, but nothing else should be required.
