Cuttlefish Changing Color and Texture

Here’s an interesting video from ABC News (via Yahoo!) of cuttlefish changing their colors and textures to match their surroundings. Most people already know of the cuttlefish’s ability to change its color dramatically, but most fail to realize that they are also changing the texture (or appearance of their texture) as well. This allows the cuttlefish to mimic seagrasses, rocky substrates, and more.
