Forum Rules
- All sellers must have their location listed in their profiles. This will also help in determining shipping costs and if the sale of large items can occur.
- All items listed for sale must include a price. If you are willing to accept trades, please list the items you are interested in trading for. No auctioning or "checking interest" threads will be allowed.
- Absolutely no commercial listings will be allowed. In order to be respectful to our sponsors, we do not allow commercial posts. If you are continually trading or selling equipment (new or used), have multiples of the same item(s), or have the ability to "get anything" a poster may ask for will be deemed commercial and your post(s) will be removed. Continual abuse of this and other policies will result in your dismissal from The AquaNerd Forums.
- AquaNerd does not sponsor, endorse, or take responsibility for any group orders that take place, regardless of the vendor's sponsorship status.
- Group Orders through Non-Sponsors Retailers will NOT be permitted. You may announce the group order and details in a single post in the Buy/Sell/Trade forums, but that is all. Be sure to include the name of the retailer, as well as any other relevant information. All additional communication regarding the group buy must be conducted through private communications. The thread will more than likely be "locked" to prevent further public communication of the group buy. If you must add information to the thread, please contact a board administrator or moderator.
- All orders through wholesalers are forbidden and will be removed.
- Please keep in mind that the Buy/Sell/Trade forums are not discussion forums. Please do not comment on the quality of someone's items or the price listed.
- Posts not relevant to the purchase or trade will be removed by the moderators of this forum without prior notification. We may contact you via private message to tell you why the post was removed, but it may not always happen. If you have questions, contact an administrator or moderator.
- Also remember that the seller is free to sell the item to whomever they want, regardless of who posted first.
- If your item sells, then please place SOLD in the post or in the title of the thread. You can also contact an administrator or moderator to have the thread locked.
